We are thrilled to share a proud moment in the career of one of our exceptional attorneys, Jonathan Kasen, Esq., who was officially awarded his Board Certification and received his pin during last night’s ceremony.
This achievement is more than just a professional accolade—it’s a mark of excellence, earned only by attorneys who have demonstrated the highest levels of legal competence and professionalism in their chosen field. This accomplishment is earned by less than .5% of Florida attorneys in Civil Trial,making this a significant distinction that reflects Jonathan’s dedication, experience, and legal mastery.
With over 25 years of legal experience, Jonathan joined Demand the Limits, PLLC, to help expand the strength of our litigation team. His passion for law, particularly trial work, has made him an indispensable part of our firm. As an attorney who has led more than 100 trials to verdict, Jonathan brings strategic insight, tenacity, and a deep understanding of complex legal issues to every case.
A graduate of San Diego State University, Jonathan went on to earn his law degree from the New England School of Law before settling in South Florida. Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 1999, he has earned admission to the Federal Bar in the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Jonathan is also an associate member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA)—a highly respected organization reserved for accomplished trial lawyers who exhibit integrity and excellence in advocacy.
Board Certification is not easily earned. It is reserved for attorneys who have not only practiced law for at least five years but also passed a rigorous exam and met strict requirements for peer review, trial experience, and continuing legal education. Last night’s pinning ceremony was a celebration of all of that hard work and commitment.
